Best Western Plus Hotel Koeln City - Cologne

Utterly disappointed, this hotel deserves a lesson in hospitality. The check-in was painfully slow, and the duvet I received was more suitable for a landfill than a bed. I woudl ve been thrilled with some hot beverages in the room, but alas-nothing. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't overlook the lack of basic comforts.

Friendly helpful staff. The rooms were very clean. Hotel is conviently situated.

Breakfast was expensive at 18 euros per day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and Check out were very quick and easy. Parking on site ( for a fee) There is a very large park across the street. Safe neighborhood, walked about 15 minutes and found several nice restrants....

The hotel boasts professional and polite staff, ensuring a cute atmosphere. Equipped with good beds and reliable Wifi, it's ideal for solo travelers. The proximity to a tram station makes getting to the city center easy. The bar's cozy design complements a good atmosphere, though breakfast may be on the pricey side.

The hotel's location was a pleasant surprise, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with charming eateries and shops within walking distance. The friendly staff enhanced my experience significantly.

The noise from the busy street was somewhat bothersome, especially at night. I recommend requesting a room away from the main road for a quieter stay.

It's location is next to a lovely park, but a fair walk from the cathedral. Centrally located to access all parts of the city

The staff were good fun, there was a very relaxed atmosphere, it was only three tram stops from town centre. The foyer is large and inviting, breakfast was very varied.

Nothing was too much trouble, and located only a mile from the altberg its location could not be better

The personnel was accommodating and exceptional. We really enjoyed rooms with brilliant facilities throughout.

When I had a problem with my room they very quickly resolved the issue and put me in a new room

I loved using the self check-in kiosk, it made everything so easy! The sauna and relaxation lounge were awesome spots to chill after a busy day. The only downside was that the WiFi could be a bit slow at times, but overall, it didn't ruin my great stay! 😊
